1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of drivechange.ai, the AI readiness assessment operated by AInvirion ("AInvirion", "we", "us"). By creating an account, taking the assessment, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms on your own behalf and, where applicable, on behalf of the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
drivechange.ai is a free, self-serve diagnostic that measures AI literacy and readiness at the individual, team, and organizational layers and produces reports, benchmark comparisons, and a ranked list of automation and augmentation opportunities. The service is provided free of charge; no payment details are collected. AInvirion separately offers paid professional services, which are governed by their own agreements.
3. Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Organization administrators are responsible for the respondents they invite and for the accuracy of their organization's profile. You may only join an organization you are authorized to represent.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not: use it for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access other organizations' data; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service except through our published security contact; scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract content or data; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or interfere with the operation of the service.
5. Intellectual property
The service — including the site, the assessment methodology, scoring vectors, maturity levels, rubrics, role baselines, benchmarks, the AI-Readiness Quadrant, and all reports and visualizations it generates — is the intellectual property of AInvirion.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the reports and results generated for your organization for your internal business purposes. You may not use the service, its methodology, or its outputs to build, train, or improve a competing product or service, and you may not reproduce or redistribute the methodology except as expressly permitted in writing by AInvirion.
The methodology is registered with Safe Creative — Registration #2607186431567 (safecreative.org/work/2607186431567-ai-literacy-automation-readiness-methodology-handbook).
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the information you submit, including assessment responses and organization profile data. You grant AInvirion a license to process this information to operate the service: to score responses, generate reports, provide support, and — in anonymized, aggregated form only, as described in the Privacy Policy — to maintain industry benchmarks. Aggregated benchmark data never identifies your organization or your people.
7. Free service; no warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Assessment results, benchmarks, and opportunity lists are informational: they reflect a structured methodology applied to the answers provided, and they are not professional, legal, financial, or employment advice. Decisions you take based on the results are your own.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AInvirion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the free service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, AInvirion's aggregate liability is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or threatens the security or integrity of the service. Sections 5 through 8 survive termination.
10. Changes
We may update the service and these terms. If we make material changes to the terms, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the service.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you and AInvirion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Washington.
