What you'll walk away with

Not a score for its own sake: a concrete picture of where to act, backed by a quantitative methodology grounded in published research — not a questionnaire that tallies answers.

A ranked opportunity list
Every run ends in a prioritized list of automation and augmentation opportunities, scored by impact and feasibility: the concrete 'what should we do first' answer.
Benchmarks against your peers
See how your organization compares to companies of your industry and size, not against an abstract ideal.
A clear map of AI skills gaps
Know which teams need enablement, which are ready to build, and where training investment actually pays off.

What the report looks like

Readiness measured at three layers (individual, team, and organizational), plus the opportunity list that makes it actionable.

The five levels of AI maturity

Adapted from Bloom's revised taxonomy and standard technology-adoption maturity models, the assessment measures AI literacy across five levels (each a 20-point band) at the individual, team, and organizational layers. Every respondent lands somewhere on this curve. The gap between where they are and where their role needs them to be is where the diagnostic earns its keep.

5
ArchitectCreate81–100

Designs AI-enabled processes end to end: evaluates models, reasons about risk and ROI, and sets the direction others follow.

4
IntegratorAnalyse61–80

Tools get chained together, light automations get built, and the limits of agents and RAG are understood: AI starts shaping how the work itself is structured.

3
PractitionerApply41–60

Effective prompts, the right tool for each task, and regular use with intent. AI is a working part of the day-to-day.

2
AwareUnderstand21–40

A few tools are known and used occasionally, but ad hoc, with no deliberate technique and no repeatable habits.

1
UnawareRemember0–20

AI is equated with ChatGPT and used as a search box, if at all. It has no deliberate place in how work gets done.

Each level is measured across five scoring vectors:
